Highlights of the recently concluded Mega Trade Fair - Science City Ground (Kolkata) in the month of December 2010:

• Most visitors were not mere spectators, but they spent money (65%). To the tune of Rs.1100
• 74% - Three fourths - of exhibitors found that the sales generated from this fair is same or more than what they get from any other medium
• 86% of exhibitors satisfied with the event
• 42% highly satisfied with the event - with the audience, sales generated and leads generated
• High ServQual score. Consumer expectations and performance gap is really small - normally this tend to be wider for most fairs
